You was emailing people the materials they needed to build a reel by hand,and drill press. I have a small shop,mini lathe,mini mill,drill press and band saw. The only thing that might mess me up would be the holes drilled to make it lighter. Like everyone said,there is no info.on finding prints or instructions on building one from scratch.
